Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Fee

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update after the package has been shipped. If your tracking number does not show updates immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@arvono.shop. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or redirect the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Arvono is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@arvono.shop. We will help you check the tracking information and work with the carrier when possible.

For packages marked as delivered, customers are encouraged to check with family members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier before contacting us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on your country or region.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer if required by local authorities.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
